Fire Bans & Fire Pits

We often get the question: Can I use my gas fire pit table or bowl during a fire ban in my state? 

The answer is typically Yes! Most local or state open fire bans apply to wood and charcoal fires. Gas stoves and gas fire pits are typically exempt. For example, the state of California implemented a fire regulation June 29, 2023 that exempted gas stoves and gas fire pits

As always, check your local or state fire regulations to confirm. Also, keep an eye on your fire pit table or bowl when operating.
