Warranty

Crete Design LLC offers a 2 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. We will repair or replace product which has proven to be defective in workmanship and/or material by a Crete Design representative. The buyer must provide proof of purchase, along with date of delivery to the end user. Buyer must also coordinate shipping associated with replacement of the unit. Crete Design LLC is not responsible for any defects resulting from misuse, user error, installation error, abuse, repair or alteration.
